Recruiting in the Trump Era
If you thought compliance was difficult before, welcome to the Trump Era where discrimination is under a microscope even more before.  The microscope doesn’t exist because of the new Administration.  Nevertheless, state and local government are taking action to combat discrimination and fill in where they believe the federal government is failing.  From prohibiting employers from asking about salary history to more extensive reporting on diversity issues, recruiting is now on the front lines of compliance.  Where is the law going? What will change?  How should you prepare?  Hear the answers to these questions and more.
