Shally Steckerl is a globally recognized recruiting thought leader who over the last 15 years has helped build recruiting and sourcing organizations for companies like Microsoft, Google, Coca-Cola, Cisco, and Motorola. He has built a solid reputation worldwide for his programs and will be on the center stage for 4 hours of training exclusively for the Minnesota Recruiters community.

This Spring conference will be held on Tuesday, April 30th from 9:15 am – 3:45 pm, at the Mall of America – Great Room, in Bloomington, MN.  Light snacks and beverages will be served from Crave.

Today, as CEO of The Sourcing Institute and Director of the board for both 4sct, LLC and Hire4ce, Inc., Mr. Steckerl advises recruiting leaders on successfully embedding key sourcing initiatives into their current efforts, improve the performance of their existing sourcing teams, and establish sourcing functions from the ground up.

Shally is a sought after speaker, previously presenting at SHRM, ERE, Sourecon, Recruiting Trends/Kenndy-Onrec, Talent 42, among others events. Mr. Steckerl serves as adjunct Faculty at Temple University’s Fox School of Business where he is the first professor to teach an HR capstone course entirely dedicated to recruitment and sourcing. His writings and publications include the soon to be released, “The Talent Sourcing & Recruitment Handbook” slated to be available Spring 2013.

He is a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology with a dual major BS, International Business, and Management. He also studied International Business Studies at Macquarie University.
